Zac Linksy

Zac Linksy has worked in the real estate industry for sixteen years. In his previous role at LDG Development, Zac launched LDG’s expansion into the state of Ohio, eventually building a development pipeline of nearly 1,000 apartment units including among the first-ever projects financed with the new state of Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. Additionally, he secured one of the first Brownfield Remediation Program Grants from the Ohio Department of Development in order to redevelop a 100+ year-old auto salvage facility along a prime corridor in Whitehall, Ohio into 315 units of high-quality affordable housing.

Prior to his role at LDG, Zac held positions across the real estate industry including in mixed-use/market rate development, asset management, capital markets, and research.

Zac holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University.
