Zac Linsky

Zac Linsky has worked in the real estate industry for sixteen years. During his previous role with a top 10 national affordable housing developer Zac led the firm’s first successful developments in Ohio, eventually building a development pipeline of nearly 1,000 apartment units including among the first-ever projects financed with the new state of Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. Additionally, he secured one of the first Brownfield Remediation Program Grants from the Ohio Department of Development in order to redevelop a 100+ year-old auto salvage facility along a prime corridor in Whitehall, Ohio into 315 units of high-quality affordable housing.

Prior to his previous role, Zac held positions across the real estate industry including in mixed-use/market rate development, asset management, capital markets, and research.

Zac holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University.
