Heather White

As Development Manager, Heather helps create and implement best practices for efficient operations. She prepares extensive applications for tax credits and performs market research to assist with the site selection process. Heather began her career in real estate in 2019 when she obtained her brokerage license for the State of Indiana.

Heather graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate. In addition, she completed a developer’s master class through ULI’s REDI program. She is currently a member of ULI, NAR, IAR, and MIBOR. Before her time in real estate, she spent several years in restaurant management. Her experience both as a broker and in restaurant management make her uniquely qualified for the day-to-day behind-the-scenes work that her position requires. With a flair for multi-tasking and strengths in organization and scheduling, she can keep transactions moving forward smoothly and quickly.

Heather lives in Brownsburg, IN, and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two young daughters, and puppy. She likes to keep active and tries to run as often as she can. She also enjoys a round of disc golf or a board game when she can fit it into her schedule.
